Hi Thanks for your video: In short, I have 2 of these door sensor 2 and wanting to get notification to my phone when i'm away. What Gateway do I get to work with the sensors 2? (Do you recommend gateway 2 or gateway 3?, - or some even suggest to get the Xiaomi Play speaker?) Please let me know thanks!

Hi would you know what other bluetooth gateways that are compatible with the Mi Door and Window Sensor 2? How about the Xiaomi Mi Smart Power Plug 2 (Wifi and Bluetooth Gateway)?

I've noticed that you have placed the battery cover wrong. The button should be on one side and the small line on the other. (I've done the same mistake too, and the sensor didn't work properly)

Can you make a video explaining who can we connect to the gateway, I have one and I tried several times and is not possible, need stay connect to the cellphone.

What gateway are you using? It's supposed to be easy. The gateway will automatically find the sensors.

@@HiTechTaBai yes in fact that’s why I did ask you how you can add the sensor to the gateway, because a did, but the problem is when I did turn off the cellphone Bluetooth die the connection, and the sensors doesn’t work more, it’s strange, I’ll try again several times, thanks for try to help me.

It's maybe the sensors are connected to your phone's bluetooth instead to the Gateway. When you turn on the Gateway, it will detect the sensors. Then you just follow the prompts.
