I originally wanted to chalcedony bracelet but it was not meant to be... :( They were out of stock when I finally went for it and decided to treat myself. I ended up getting the 5 motif MOP bracelet in yellow gold. Maybe one day I will get the Chalcedony bracelet; I just can't justify it at this time b/c like you said they look so much alike - maybe one day. Right now I have a MOP 5 motif bracelet and the pendant to match it. Loving both of them so much! It was definitely a treat myself and show some love to myself type of purchase. Thinking about possibly adding a pair of earrings in the future (not sure if I want to get MOP of a different stone though)

Thank you! I would say I like chalcedony more, because it's more special and less delicate, it's a hard stone. Chalcedony and Onyx, they're very different. Chalcedony is subtle and light , while Onyx is noticable and outstanding
