Review of Amino Acids and Carp Fishing 

Great question - basically anything with whiskers relies on aminos to find food, sturgeon should be no exception. We are testing with Sturgeon in Michigan this year. Suggest the Impulse gel for roe, but don't use in fast water or it will not reach threshold concentration due to rapid washout

@@CarpGeekTV Thank you Professor, I fish white Sturgeon avidly here in California and all the fishing guides and older guys seem to have a cure for their salmon roe that works like MAGIC out here in the California Delta. Everyone is so tight lipped iv talked with many guides that will take the recipe to the grave. I’ve heard of cures from msg, brown sugar, pink salt, soy sauce and all sorts of vegetable powder but can’t seem to pin point it. After doing some research online about MSG it led me to amino acids which led me to your video! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with the public and helping us get a better understanding!

@@CarpGeekTV could I email you to chat a little more about this topic, I would really love to test this product in a roe cure to see if the salmon eggs would absorb the impulse gel and slowly milk out leaving a very nice scent trail in the rivers.
