Unfortunately when I went to use this Dewalt Pole saw for the 2nd time, the pull cord got locked up and I couldn't pull it anymore. Very disappointing. I returned it to Home Depot for a full refund.
I ordered Walmart's Black Max Powerhead (gas) with the HART Power Fit Pruner Attachment (pole saw) and it worked great...so far!
