Comparing this with Head Graphene 360+ speed Slimbody 120 which would you prefer?

compare to the previous model x speed 125, is the new one feel like more head heavy ?

Hey sorry for the late reply, but having used the airshaft, I would say absolutely. The x-speed was unbelievably headlight and just shoot through the air, especially on the volleys. Whilst this allowed for lightning fast shots, it definitely came at a compromise of a little control and being a less forgiving racket in general. The airshaft is much more life the carboflex predecessors the heritage and carboflex s. The weight is more balanced compared to the x-speed and the frame overall is a little stiffer/more rigid than the carboflex s. I personally love the racket as I think it gives a really good blend of control and power, although I prefer the technifibre 305 green strings compared dnmax that it comes it out of the box. I actually played with the x-speed 130. I switched because I felt that the 125 was too light and that the 130 gave me much more control. However, when I switched to the airshaft, I originally started with the 130 weight but found it was too heavy. For me, the 125 airshaft feels as heavy, if not heavier than the 130 x-speed. Is the worth the money? In my opinion, yes. If you're like me and are playing squash competitively (I'm in the top 32 for U17 junior squash in the US) I think the racket is a great investment. However, if you are a little more price sensitive, I would say that the carboflex 125S is still a great racket especially for the discounted price now that it is 2 generations old.

Do you notice any difference with the 1.25 gauge string that these come in compared to the previous 1.2 gauge that previous models were strung with?

Why is the 130 cheaper than the 125? Is there some piece of tech in the 125 that's not in the 130? Just wondering why the obvious price difference Thanks 👍

@@restogoose1822 that doesn't make alot of sense to me. The prices have been like that from release in all the previous versions also. The popularity of the racket is unknown before you release it.

John Joe Daly the 125 has always been the “flagship” model, and endorsed by the highest ranked technifibre players... this is why it is priced higher, the technology is the same

Played both, actually a huge difference to the old one. I used the first carboflex version but left due to it not being very easy to play. This one feels a lot more forgiving. Just bought one actually...

@@heshamametwally Every racket has a 'sweet spot'. (Area of the racket where the ball bounces off the most efficiently). The original Carboflex's are head light and have a very small sweet spot. If you hit the ball hard outside of the spot, the racket vibrates, takes out all the energy in the ball and being head light, contact towards the edge will actually twist the racket in your hand, further reducing ball energy & control. Head heavy rackets with broader string patterns are easier to control and have a bigger sweet spot, making them more beginner friendly.

2 months ago I bought a Technifibre racquet the Carboflex 125. I hit the wall once and it broke! Definitely not worth the price if it takes one hit and breaks. Very disappointed! ☹ I have also had no response so hopefully this will get their attention. Not recommended!!!

Which is better....airoshaft 125 or the x speed 125? Can there be a vs video?

Very early days and customers only receiving the new rackets this week so no customer feedback yet, Tecnifibre Pro's have all switched to the Airshaft :)

@@pdhsports I am thinking of pre-ordering an airshaft 125 as the x speed is out of production....the confusion is killing me 😅. It'll be REALLY helpful if you guys come out with a versus video soon🤞....are you guys planning one?

@@raps55 we still have plenty of X-speed's available at pdhsports, speaking to the players, the new Airshaft rackets have a thinner shaft design which has created more feel for their control shots, there is not a huge difference as the players loved the x-speed so TF were always going to be careful when making this new one as the x-speed is so popular. Have you watched this video with the racket designer he talks about the changes ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zlTLWiezNhA.html

Also, I have to agree with Paul with the length hitting. The airshaft feel miles better than the X-Speed for me. If you have decent technique, just throw your racket at the ball with the airshaft and it will come down nicely.
