Can this read the original mileage?

Just replaced the clocks on my dads old toyota, but obviously the mileage is different, the new clock shows 221k miles but my dads car as 126k miles. Will this correct the mileage with "odo meter" software.

I just bought this scanner,, the ThinkScan Plus S4! It says it covers all American made cars after 1996, and should. But on the 'scan' page it does not list Chrysler, so it won't work on my 2015 Dodge Charger unless I buy more software for $45. Or I can return this scanner!!

@@e.r.videography6209 Sure did. Did everything just as instructed. It'll do an 'auto VIN lookup', comes up with my car, and then they expect me to pay another $50 for the Chrysler software!!

@@e.r.videography6209 I'm working with them. Trying to resolve the issue, before going through the returns process. I'm 'Old School', willing to work out a problem instead of sit down n cry!
