We bought this manual peeler for under $40, and it works great! Now we can peel 3 dozen in a matter of minutes. The keys are to firmly boil your eggs, chill them, crack the shells by shaking them in a container, and keeping the rollers wet. Gently press the eggs against the rollers while turning the handle, and off comes the shell! Now we'll be eating even more quail eggs.
We got this item from eBay at www.ebay.com/i.... It shipped from China, but we got it in less than 10 days. It's a no-name Chinese model. You could get it shipped from the USA, but it's the same thing and you'll pay more.
