The weight rating of the load cell is completely irrelevant without also knowing the leverage ratio of the brake pedal. Ie, a 200kg load cell where the piston is mounted half the distance away from the pedals fulcrum will max out at 100% input at exactly the same pedal plate force as a 100kg load cell mounted twice as far from the fulcrum. Unfortunately manufacturers don't provide this info, and no reviewers I've ever seen have gone to the trouble of whipping out some callipers to calculate the maximum pedal late force
