Very nice. I hope people support these more since LC is going on hiatus, and i want that Madame Woe dammit! Lol. I've only gotten Yellow and Green so far but I really want the whole line at this point. I kinda wanna make my own reviews and see if Super7 notices and sends me figures too lmao
Their quality control is in dire need for Super7 to stay afloat at thier prices. Figures look great for the most part but as soon as you remove them from the box - the issues begin. The ball joint/head swap issue happened to me as well but with the standard release. I ran it under hot water and pulled out the ball joint with a pliars and swapped it. I was worried it had broken initially, however it appears the plastic around the neck just warped and separated a bit.
The Super7 Rita is awesome. I pretty much cancled any orders for the Hasbro rerelease. Just the painted rings on all the hands makes her "The ultimate version"
Not a bad looking figure but If i did get a super7 Rita it would probably be the normal color version which comes with her telescope prop.. though ive never actually got around to getting a super7 figure in general due to their price point
I'm sure someone will call me a "Negative Nancy" for my comments, but here goes. I've collected the Wave 1, have Rita and Spinx from Wave 2 (waiting on the two Rangers, and Dragonzord, might buy the con Dragonzord too, not sure yet), and this Vile Violet version. I'm ticked Super7 has stopped with the slipcovers. First they take away the cardboard boxing to protect the actual packaged item, now they take away slipcovers, yet the price remains the same. I mean, the package itself says this is not a toy, but a collectible, so why take away stuff that makes it a collectible? Not cool. Then they cancel Madame Woe and Tigerzord due to not getting enough pre-orders? Maybe because people are now buying from third party sellers when the stock stock actually arrives, instead of being charged $200+ up front from Super7, then having to wait over 2 years for anything, they don't even communicate with fans, unless it's to continue promoting the figures. I honestly don't believe that. With all the Tommy fans would would have ordered the White Ranger, they would have ordered Tigerzord to go with it. Lastly, they need to address this ball join issue! Goldar has broken on many people, not Rita is breaking! What's the quality control, where's the stuff that makes the collectible a collectible? Come on Super7!
The MMPR Ultimates are a mixed bag for me. Some are fantastic like Rita, others are just... ok like the actual rangers. To me it seems like almost every figure is better than the LC except for the actual rangers so far, and maybe the Putties.
The Super7 Rangers should have been better, but the hip joints and the swivels at the knees are bad, and the shoulders are too tight. Also, they forgot the buckle on the yellow Ranger's belt. As such, Lightning Collection Power Rangers are still better. Super7's Goldar, Rita, and King Sphinx beat the heck out of Lightning Collection though.
Super 7 just does shit. My staff broke today. Hasbro has learned from its mistakes and now makes route figures but super 7 just sucks, quality cheap plastic figures break everywhere and they don't make it any better that's why I don't buy them anymore. We should keep garbage, they can only look nice, but the plastic is absolutely inferior and they don't listen
