Want the answer to the "Cay" issues? In UK English, it's pronounced as "key", while in US English it's pronounced as "kay". Looking at it, there are some things that can be fixed easily, like signage. There are some items that probably will get better with experience, such as the crew doing the set up earlier and more efficiently with time. However, the overhead in terms of transit time isn't likely to get a lot better. Ten minutes of walking to the trams, a wait for the tram, and a ten minute tram ride... yeah, not a whole lot they can do. It's probably worse at opening / closing (like getting a monorail or Skyliner at Disney). Cooling towels might be a better option than fans. Low weight when dry, and carried on the body when in use. I used them at my recent day at a local water park and at a baseball game. Of course, the dry heat here in Las Vegas at summer temperatures also seemed to overpower fans. Fans are probably better in more humid conditions.

That’s why some of the things I didn’t hold it against the new island because I think they are going go through some changes until we see it’s final form. Cooling towels before and after the walk would be a huge improvement.
