When you aren’t actually fluent you have to deepen your voice and sound like an announcer or news reporter. I think it’s bc when you are learning it’s important to understand proper pronunciation and annunciate and these professions do that.

Actually I have a trucker that comes into my job and totally believes that I’m Australian. So every time he comes in I have to remember to do my Australian accent.

It's such a hard accent for us for some reason. I always imagine what I want to say and it sounds perfect in my head and then I attempt the accent and my mouth is like "WHAT DO?" And it comes out like toddler speech. Lmao. Binging every season of Australia's Next Top Model didn't even help.

So, I'm Indian and I can explain that. It's called a Langot, and its a traditional mud wrestling costume. Kiiiiiiinda like the Japanese sumos. We are traditional wrestlers, and this is what is worn to wrestle. Interestingly, we DO wrestle on river banks. Because of the mud as it gets harder to grip. So, kudos on that Ganges joke.

I wear Vibrams to the gym and doing outdoor activities because they literally are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn- tennis shoes hurt my arches. I could care less about what I look like and would rather not talk to anyone anyway while I'm exercising.

The 1920s tennis dress is a normal drop waist dress with a knife pleated skirt. There’s definitely nothing going on there other than wind and movement. Traditional women’s tennis kit is still a white pleated skirt!

Truth!!! You have to have the right size though. Anytime RU-vidrs get a pair to try on they always get just a single pair and then just cram them on and pass them around for all to share. They never go through the effort of trying to find out their proper size. I have three pairs of vibrams five fingers and I love them; they're the best. I wear them running, playing sports, climbing trees, going to the shopping and the list goes on and on. I love being barefoot and five fingers are the closest I can get to that without having to worry about stepping on dangerous hazards outside.

I love five fingers! But I(as an introvert) hate when people ask me about them in person, I wear them because they’re so comfortable. I use to have horribly weak ankles but ever since I started wearing them I haven’t had any ankle pain. As for getting the toes aligned, it gets easier after a short time.

I'm actually crying by the way Jared spoke Spanish as if he were a teacher in a online spanish program, or those really dramatic program announcers on Telemundo. I've literally never laughed so much, like his pronunciation was perfect (Coming from a person who speaks a lot of spanish) but it was so funny the way he spoke

I wore those shoes at a 5k foam run and they were amazing. My wet foot didn't slip inside the shoe and my traction was good in the mud, foam and forest. I was really impressed but I looked ridiculous. I didn't care!
