In my opinion, American owned airlines can learn a thing or two from Singapore or Japan airlines when it comes to how the airline attendants or hostess treat the passengers
Usually JetBlue is pretty good, I’ve had very minor problems with the crew compared to other American Airlines, but when I flew on Singapore air it was amazing, the friendliest crew I’ve ever met!
While I agree with you that american airlines have to step up their hospitality game we have to keep in mind that the public that those airlines in Asia serve a different public which is something that has a lot of weight in flight attendants attitude. I'm not justifying the lack of empathy from some crews but the public sets the tone onboard. Some flights are a reflection of a demographic.
I am THINKING about using Jet Blue to fly from Paris to Orlando. I know there is a connection along the way both ways. How would you this travel is? Good, ok?x
