Lufthansa has been doing this for many years in Europe. They have a separate airport entrance, baggage check, security and lounge from the main airport. From the lounge, they will shuttle you to your plane in a fleet of Porsches on the tarmac.

Delta has a partnership with Porsche. When catching connections in Atlanta a few times, was directed to the tarmac and into a Cayman to take me to my connection. Great experience for their elite travelers. Never in a GT3RS though 😞
