Yeah mine leaves a little white cast too but it’s not that noticeable or bad thankfully. Also I want to share that I have combination sensitive and redness prone skin and it being a hybrid sunscreen didn’t cause me any issue. So if anybody has this concern, here is my comment to help :) 15:28 Yeah I got you. The skin kinda feels tight but as it’s almost winter, a moisturizer before it will be good. I don’t think I am trying any other sunscreen now until a more competitive formula comes in the Pakistani market 😅
najaf, i also felt the drying effect once i applied this sunscreen on my face, especially when i used it alone after cleansing my face with a cleanser or just splashing my face with water. it also caused me some pilling and got stuck horribly around my mouth area. so, the brand suggested me to use it with a moisturizer along with this sunscreen to avoid the pilling and drying feel. their suggestion actually helped me and decreased the pilling to a certain extent. the overly drying feel may be caused by the "oil free" formula so, perhaps we need to use an oily moisturizer with it (i can be wrong, so correct me).
Ok najaf i want to ask something Ic sunscreen mein Octyl methoxycinnamate (Octinoxate) hai jo k chemical uv filter hai UVB rays ki absorption k liye aur harmful b hai like avobenzone. Am i right??
also, anyone who's concerned: the sunscreen has been tested under uv light by a skin influencer and it shows a dark purple color meaning it does give uv protection. the brand is quite transparent as well with it's customers so, i appreciate that.
@@najafshah14 wdym? there's a bunch of local and cheap brands in pakistan who sell sunscreens which do not appear purple at all under uv light thus, not providing any protection from the sun and ppl end up getting scammed. YOU PERSONALLY KNOW THIS VERY WELL! for a person's reassurance, it's good to do to test it under uv light. i mean i do agree it doesn't measure the level of protection you are getting (basically the SPF or PA rating). i also agree that it is not an authentic or professional way of testing a sunscreen. but, for a person's own satisfaction, there ain't anything wrong plus i already explained the situation in pakistan above. folks also use it to get an even layer of their spf who tend to skip certain areas. don't discourage the use of uv camera just because it's highly expensive.

@@najafshah14 Regarding Preservatives, I'd like to highlight that 0.5 percentage of sodium benzoate plus 0.1 percentage of potassium sorbate is actually better in comparison to ethylhexyl glycerin plus phenoxyethanol in my opinion, becoz phenoxyethanol causes irritation in some people. Plus Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser Uses Only Sodium Benzoate As A Preservative. So No Problem Boss. Or Haaan, I don't appreciate Metafil Cleansers Becoz they don't match the Formulation of Cetaphil Ones.
@@nomanriaz2907 it was nice hearing your thoughts But in my opinion if it was a facewash with these preservatives i would be totally okay but when it comes to sunscreen i think phenoxyethanol works much better than potassium sorbate as a preservative in sunscreens!! And yes metaphil oily skin cleanser is not as the cetaphil one that's almost a joke i used it as a handwash
@@najafshah14 Actually Formulators have to consider physiological micro biome of our facial skin, a preservative strong enough to disturb our normal skin biome will obviously be harmful for our skin.
