Yes. Imagine if Mattel had of made it. The upper level Court room, the access ramp to the court and even Red and Sherriffs quarters/parking space. Would have been Awesome.

The representation of the Courthouse I've ever seen. I'm sad the Mattel cancelled the Precision series before they got the Courthouse, its the buildings I wanted them to make above them all. Great review!

This is technically a 3D design from a printer and by the same bloke that made the Doc's clinic. I highly doubt Mattel would've had this made, after the Precision Series ended.

They both are fantastic. The Courthouse is HUGE.. I just love them both. We had bought all the Mattel Precision Series Radiator Springs buildings. Full of anticipation for the projected buildings releases. Very disappointed when Doc's s Clinic was cancelled. Y 8:33 ou will need a bit of real estate to assemble Radiator Springs when Matt completed the remaining building. Thanks for sharing

No interior is a big deal breaker, Doc's was worth it because it had an interior, this doesn't so it's kind of a hard bargain.

Wow that looks so good! Its a shame mattel cancelled the precision series but if they would've released this it would be the best set hands down!

Hello PCP do you have the mini adventures Courthouse. IfI member it was called Reds Firehouse adventure. The interior had a tracks d fire hoop to jump through and a tower and a fire safety net to catch falling cars, to compare the size with this court house. We use it in our Radiator Springs diarama. It seams in scale, at least the front, to the other 4 original town sets. The mini adventures even had a Dinoco garage/stage, a car wash and Flo's V8 Cafe. We really want one of these courthouse. So envious. Have to save up like you😊

I don’t really know about 800 dollars for this. Docs shop I kinda understand since it had a detailed interior. This is worth 400 bucks at most.

It’s a tragedy that such iconic sets were discarded on purpose.
