Great Video!! Glad to see the update, I was going to post how akward it would be to hit the button and have to lean to the side to get on camera, defeats the purpose.
This is the first video of urs I have watched but I thought it was so cute how I'm guess ur kids was in the back ground singing their ABC's lol was trying to pay attention to u but kept hearing ur babies singing and was so darn cute
At the time it was my 2yr old nephew and 10yr old daughter teaching him lol I didn't even notice it until u just pointed it out I just watched it over for the 1st time in months to hear what ur heard lol
Five Below change the return policy this is $20 .the video you've noticed he did not show it... the voice quality sounds like it's an echo you're going to need a memory card to show you the video when you are away you're going to need to change the batteries so you're going to want to keep an eye on this unless you use rechargeable batteries but you still going to have to keep an eye on it if anybody else uses this camera please post it I know on their app a lot of people are having issues with this camera not working or connecting Etc I do not want to lose my $20 because Five Below have changed your return policy in most States
I get the same message it seems to go offline if it doesn't get used for alil while...mine goes offline and then comes back when there is motion...if yours isn't doing that then ur WiFi may not be strong enough to reach it
If ur not getting a live video it may bc ur router may be alil far from thr camera bc mine goes to sleep mode alot bc of this...but yes ur suppose to be able to see the live video away from ur house
Before you buy this camera you can always look at the reviews so you do not lose your money due to they change the return policy which I did a lot of customers are having issues with this camera it is $20 to get you will also need a micro memory card so you have the option to watch the videos when you're away you're also going to need to change the batteries
I watch the videos all the time when I'm away u just need wifi to watch them not a memory card n they come with rechargeable batteries n a USB cord to charge them I have been using the same batteries since I bought it bc I recharge them just like you would need to do with any other doorbell cam...they all work off of batteries how else would they work? Like I said it worth the $20 if you don't have the money to buy the expensive brands but I don't work for five below or the company that makes them so it doesn't matter to me if u buy or not I been using mine since I bought it n it works fine for $20
Did u open the back of the door bell n pull the tabs out so it turns on? N did u down load the app? If you did those things try charging it it may need to be charged bc it does say it needs to to charge 4 hours be4 the 1st use mine was charge right out the box for some reason
There wasn't that many steps u open it and connect it to ur wifi n down the load app n then hang it which if u watch the whole video it explained it...it was a video reviewing the product not how to install it
