Yes the Musik is so much much much better in D1. I dont now it is Nostalgie or Reality but, wen the Intro begins a Little spark in my Heart will burn😄.
@@Jellybob69 The guy they fired was great too it’s just D1 to D2 went through a transition period from serious to MCU level in almost every aspect even artstyle ect. Tenerebrium (however it’s spelt), veiled, Ritual site, surpass infinity ect r great tracks from him that r also in this dlc. Just wish we got more of those.

My true love D1 baby, ill never play anything different, still haven't played D2 and not really interested. I still remember freaking out over getting my first sword, boltcaster, and black hammer and G Horn. Its just sooooo good. Theres nothing in the world thats better that the OG D1 and weapons. I cried when iron banner came out and spent 4 hours just trying to climb a mountain lol. I just miss it so much. 😪 they have changed and lost thier way. I ended at witch queen and haven't been back sense. Much love D1 ❤️
easily the best game of all time. the amount of nostalgia i feel watching these videos and hearing the music is crazy. i was 11 in 2015 when i started playing it and everyday after school i would come home and play from 4pm-9pm for 3 or 4 years. i had the best gaming experience grinding this game. it saddens me that destiny 2 didnt give me the same vibe.
I was 27 in 2015, yet I have the same nostalgic feelings for D1. Imagine you finding another game in 7 years.. then looking back on it another 9 years later.. God, I feel old.

Video games and big corporations have become so money hungry and don’t really care about the quality of the product they put out. Destiny 1 will 100% go down as my favorite video game of all time.
@Landonrocha22 I understand your point, but D1 was also a big money grab.. let's try to see it as it was not through pink glasses. It was SUPER fun and awesome, but D1 did cost me around €200-250 since they charged a lot for every DLC, you had to buy otherwise you'd be left behind or unable to level up. Are you playing D2?
@@VonDutchNLI played destiny 2 for about 3 years. I got the game on release day and grinded for a while but eventually got disinterested in it. My thing is the quality of content that d1 was coming out with was worth the $30 per dlc but with destiny 2 I just feel like there was a decline in quality.
Same here. Loved destiny but I was too addicted and I quit in November 2015 after playing for around 14 months , up to 10 hours a day. I’ll always have the memories. Probably the most fun I’ve ever had in a videogame.
I stopped playing D2 since over one year maybe. It doesn’t make fun anymore. There is no Destiny vibes … (saying that as a Veteran) D1 has so much memories… so good times … Have over 4500+ hours gameplay time
3000+ hours in d1 for me just got back into it 2 weeks ago. Made an alt account and the game was amazing I’ve gone through all the main story I’m currently working on side quests and the exotic sword from the taken king. Crucibles low population sucks but besides that it’s pretty fun still and extremely nostalgic.
So glad that you're enjoying your nostalgic trip down memory lane! As a person who never played D1 though 30 fps is just puke for my eyes that are so, so used to 144fps on 4k and ultra settings xD
i dont know how many hours on xbox one but i had a ton of hours like over 1700 hours on this game i was all PVE, strikes, the daily heroic, Nightfalls, Raids, all of it but i i did do PVE but it was Iron Banner but it was fun. D1 was the best. spend hours up during the night to finish a nightfall or raid, crazy stuff, i had my 2 warlocks and my titan. i really hope the D1 servers say on for a long time, i do plan on going back to D1 and trying to get some raids done or nightfalls,
I would literally wake up before school at like 3am to play this game… then I would bullshit and stay home to keep playing it😂 best game ever. Also I miss how simple yet customizable the subclasses were
That title screen, that music....oh the feels!! I was just shy of 1800 hours in D1, loved each and every hour. This game broke boundaries and was so great, in so many ways. I hope Bungie continues to support it.
I remember when I would delete one character speed level him up with crucible and strikes for a day then next day run prison of elders and get the exotic at the end then re-do it all over and I got gjallarhorn that way
Unfortunately I never got the opportunity to play d1 😢 I just learned about d2 in December thanks to my rdr crew friends that got me into it and us 3 have been grinding they have been playing since d1. I wish I could go and play all the DLCs it’s stupid how they vaulted everything 😭😭😭
I play D1 to this day on Xbox One. There's still a healthy enough population to do most things during the day, but the crucible is pretty barren outside of whatever the weekly highlighted game mode is. If you have a couple of friends who'd be down for it, start an alt account from scratch to run through the story just for the fun of it. Destiny 1 is about who you're doing things with as much as what you're doing. There's always LFG for activities like strikes, crucible/ private matches, nightfall, etc.
something about knowing my 14 year old self had better drip than you made me giggle i mained titan, my hunter had the full iron lord armour with the ornaments, superblack shader my titan was the same just using twilight garison (i still curse the fact that it doesnt shade) my warlock was a little more goofy, i dont recall the shader but my money is on superblack, i had the year 2 trials helmet, the crotas end chest with the moments of triumph ornament, and i had the vog legs with the moments of triumph ornaments because i remember i really liked the vex and getting vex legs felt awesome to me as a kid just seeing all the old armor really brought a smile to my face, especially that long forgotten hunter exotic that i swear i never saw used ingame
So glad you said you missed the warlock self rez cause that’s what I miss the most from D1. I would love for Bungie to bring it back to D2. I still have d1 installed on my ps4 and PS5 and still go back to it every now and then.
Same! I really miss it and just the overall meta especially in PVP! Self rez was so fun, even in trials! Risk VS reward. Especially epic with 3 warlocks self rezing last second😂
@@JSkeleton everyone keeps bragging on how it “breaks the game” but I laugh it off cause it was a fun super imo. And especially as a solo player throughout D1, it helped me during story missions where I could self rez whenever I went down. Could you do more videos like this? Maybe try a nightfall with a team? Love to see more throwbacks to D1.

Let’s not forget primary Amos sent as well. I have one of those in my inventory and I can’t figure out where you get them. I I have no idea where the fuck it came from or where you get them or how you get them because you can buy special and heavy, but you can’t buy primary I would like to know where I got it so I can go get some more.
You can’t possibly tell short of a meter what FPS you are on the title screen dude not even remotely a chance that you can see the difference between 60 and 30 FPS on the title screen and on the login screen
Booted it up recently too, really wish we'd get 60fps 'cos I'd definitely play it again! How have you got that many hours but not max level characters? :P
Yes DLC wise because they vaulted all the DLCs I just learned about d2 and destiny in general in December and was gifted some of the current non vaulted D2 DLCs(minus TFS I pre ordered that) by a friend….I asked about D1 when I was playing with my 2 best friends and that’s when they both told me that all the DLCs are vaulted and not able to be played at all I was sad 😢BUT you can do vanguards and crucible
I don’t understand are you on a PS4 or a PS five at this point I’m not I’m not sure why you would play anything on a PS4 if you own a PS five even for nostalgia nothing different except everything is slower low times are slower load screens are slower everything is improved by playing it on a PS five even though it’s not optimized for a PS five it’s like why not for a PC game pull out that 10-year-old PC and play your game on that just to show us nostalgically what it was like to wait two minutes for a loading screen
What the fuck that the servers were still working that’s the one still going thing buddy I mean I don’t care where you’re at they’re 16 players in the world with you destiny one is still fairly busy. You might struggle to get into a crucible or into high-level strikes using matchmaking but die, if destiny one we’re on PC destiny two would be a dead world
