That what happen to me as well, whenever I created the panel, so was looking if there any smarter way of solving it

The idea of starting with a arc then divide surface then change the pattern to rectangle is quite smart, but still difficult to achieve the exact shape of the building Unfortunately revit has no sweep in conceptual massing
