Good day With due respect sir Sir how can you put the through on how to have access to revit family template on revit 2024 I'm having serious issues on this Without me having the template it does not give me the privilege working on the structural interface I will be glad if my request could address How much does a full tutorial cost?

Thanks for getting in touch. Revit has templates for all regions by default. You can also download by searching on goole the revit templates its free on autodesk website. How ever if you want to make the templates more specific to your needs you need to customise it within the family editor. Customisation of rebar templates is well covered in the course for different regions/codes in the course on link above.
