This video covers using view filters to color code walls with different fill patterns. We cover how to create a filter and then associate a pattern with the filter. Once completed we automate the process by creating a view template to save the settings and reuse them for other views and projects.

You can use the temporary view settings button in the small icons below the work area, it lets you assign a View template temporarily to a wiev and that will more or less guarantee that you will not mess up your views settings.

Hi thanks for this video, may i check did anyone know ruled based filter to create wall schedule. Meaning with wall type plan as well quantified the length for each wall type.
