Thankyou very much. Simple and Informative, I came to know that my aloeveras were suffering from underwatering. Got to know something new that aloeveras required quite a more watering despite being a succulent.
If the plant is not rotted but the leaves are shrinking then water the plant properly if underwatered. But if you have overwatered then you need to repot the plant..🙂
yeah that soil was way too dry for even aloe, they still need moisture i always use cactus mix for mine and add perilite, and keep them in a east window i keep mine is smaller pots and use a aloe cactus mix, works great, east window they get bright light all day not hot sun, plus grow lights
I am told that is not aloe vera when the leaves grow 180 degrees apart on the plant. they should grow in rotation around the plant. five leaves I think for one rotation. perhaps aloe plicatilis ? though the leaves don't look right...
Aloe Vera is a rosset middle, yours isn't aloe Vera, sorry, people think that aloe Vera is every plant that looks like aloe Vera, but there's only one aloe Vera, and that's not it
Actually, the variety I have is Aloe vera chinensis. And you are talking about Aloe barbadensis Mill. But both are subspecies of Aloe vera as far as I know. But thank you, appreciate your concern. I should mention that. Though both have almost the same medicinal properties but Aloe barbadensis Mill is only the edible one. 😊😊😊🌱🌱
Lmao she doesn’t even know aloe Vera, aloe Vera barbadensis, aloe Vera barbadensis miller (not mill, it’s miller after the person who named it 🤦♀️), are the same plant.. if she did know, she would not have corrected you. And she’s telling people to water tf out of their poor plants. I don’t think she knows as much as she would hope to, but she shouldn’t have a channel teaching people to take care of plants when she doesn’t know enough to give valid, helpful advice.
