Irwin Allen spared no expense for the latest in special-effects----that light-bulb in the speaker of a (presumably) highly-advanced piece of technology.....priceless.
That music that switches over when it starts sucking the android in?? That action score gives me goosebumps to this day. I remember that well as a kid. Episode was freaking awesome!!
I...hey....I studied Shakespearean acting techniques at Cambridge and then moved to New York City where I spent 7 years bussing tables so I could study method acting under Lee Strausberg......is "Crush, Kill, Destroy" my only line?
By this time, LIS had gone camp, but that wasn`t a bad thing. One of the better episodes, this has a lot of heart and a good story line. How can you NOT like IDAK? Just love his WWF wrestling style chest plate!
Though I also love this one (of course), I have a friend and big fan who considers this episode one of his LEAST favorite on the year. As a kid, maybe I had favorite, but nowadays I love and appreciate them all, except some of the last season episodes where things are stretching it and overboard a bit too much.
Lost In Space always my favorite show. I was obsessed by it actually. I loved the robot and thought he was the most amazing creation ever. But I do have to remember, when I was very small, the way that the robot was portrayed in the early, early episodes actually frightened me. When he came after Will at the chariot with intent to kill, it was quite alarming for a youngster.
