I really like how Kaiyodo can make their figures having great articulation, while also having very organic build/look (muscular/thicc), which is totally pleasing
Never feel the need to apologise for your "extra long" reviews. Cannot get enough of a good thing D. We know you know what you're doing. If it is something cool and relevant, we will wanna see it. Another 5 🌟 video!
Oh no. His height is perfect for me. That was the main thing holding me back. Glad revoltech is good about re-releases and supply. I feel like the majority of my collecting is just about creating the perfect MvC style display and this is exactly the Cable I needed.
Nice review. People need to stop treating revoltech figures like action figures. They are replicas of hand sculpt figurines with the added bonus of the ability to pose them. Tat's why RT joints click.
The reason why love AY is because their figs are so good that even if i don care about the character, the fig can make me love the character in an instant, some examples of this case are Cable, Spider Gwen, Deathstroke, War Machine, Iron Man
@@chrisb3976 Mafex don't do a Cable. A Mafex 90's - early 2000's based Fox Cartoon, Marvel vs Capcom 2 video game or Jim Lee comic inspired Cable would be most welcomed though.
I don't have the patience half the time for Revo, but sometimes they nail things and this looks good. Being a Cable and Deadpool fan, I think I need this to chill with my MAFEX Deadpool or Deadpool shelf. Hopefully he stays in stock for a bit, but yeah cool figure. This was the size I was hoping Mezco Cable to be, considering how much I love Mezco Deadpool.
Awesome review! I have to stop watching these because every review I watch from you I need the figure! Your photos are the best I seen and reviewed are really great. Keep it up
Really great review. Always appreciate your look at figures and the fun factor that comes through on your end. There's no such thing as too long of a review when it comes to this channel man.
Great comparisons. I hated how my Mezco Gambit was so tall w/Px Cable. Looks like this got that X-Men/90s size just right (that ML is really tall so 😯 he’s a big one) for the Mezco shelf w/Gambit and co. Thanks 🙏 D!
This figure is bad-a$$! I really appreciate you puttiing stuff together and showing the parts coming apart, as I don't have any Revoltech figures. Now I know what to expect. Great video!
Absolutely love the sculpt, paint, detailing and the articulation on this figure, but I hate how certain parts pop off when you articulate the figure, or how certain joints are just loose. Using a little bit of superglue to thicken the posts on the revoltech joints helps to tighten up the figure. Other than that, I'm in awe over the figure's sculpt and articulation. I have the ML Cable and the Mezco Cable, and this Cable beats those two any day
My goal is to obtain all if not most of the amazing Yamaguchi marvel characters. I just love the aesthetic, articulation and how they are more likely to disassemble then break in your hands.
Awesome Review as always bro! You are one of my Favorite reviewers... When I watch your reviews (while drinking my water ;) I can always be assured that I get the full picture and details about the action figure. Thank you for being great at what you do bro.
Glad I changed my mind on buying this figure. Personally, the problem with Revoltech's popping off is the sockets widen easily. Magneto was super guilty of this for me.
They'll probably repaint the 90s Cable and use generic guns 873678356 and 425674236870. I'll pass. Revoltech looks so good cause they use unique sculpts and actually put some effort into their figures.
@@JHernandez Well, there were other mistakes as well... for example, Cable has never used his powers to create guns on the fly... That isn't how guns work in the first place. The figure may combine parts, but it's a toy. Fiction will take liberties with whatever it wants to though, so whatever.
@@JHernandez You mean there's an award for being completely factual and logical? Nothing I said was wrong. But cool story bro 🙄 you're welcome to show me the issue where Cable does that or show me two firearms that can be joined together where one isn't manufactured to be an attachment specifically from the start (I.E: 203s and M26s). I won't wait though, mostly because I don't need to.
@@lincolnpascual Comics aren’t factual and logical, Cable has something called “Intuitive Aptitude” where he is able to take complex machinations down to an atomic level. So disassembling futuristic laser weapons and reassembling them into a larger more complex weapon is exceptionally easy for him. The figure isn’t taking liberties when it’s using direct canon source material.
It's cool that it went long. I got you playing in the background while I do a little painting. 😎👍 Question,,, I'm thinking that you popped the pins and put Snake eyes shins on Storm Shadow then swapped the feet, is that correct? I'm asking because I really want to like that fig but, I freakin hate it.
BGF? More like BFG...Big F**cking Gun. I appreciate the long review. I'm not a fan of this line but, your review has me considering picking up Cable. Captain America and Cable are my favorite Marvel characters.
Mine just came yesterday and this became my favorite figure I have now. I really love my Revoltech Carnage but damn this customization is wild. But damn my left arm keeps falling off.
The height comparison between Cyclops and Cable is close to perfect if you ask me. Cyclops is suppose to be 6'3"' and Cable is 6'8" (source: marvel.com). My Cable is in the mail. Should arrive in the next 3 weeks maybe...hopefully
