Revolut have just released a new version of their app, Revout 10. It is a big update with A LOT of changes, including a design overhaul, a new Revolut logo AND the removal of an iconic, original feature.
Revolut's new app is available on iOS and Android, and needs to be switched on in-app by going to Profile - New features - New look preview. Just make sure to close and reopen the app.

I cannot find the calculations of their analytics anywhere. For example, on the main Crypto screen, it shows the total value, then under that, change as =/- in dollars and % up or down. is it change for the day? week? change for your own portfolio?

Hey bavers! Glad you're enjoying the videos. I did downgrade from Ultra, I can't justify the cost right now, especially as I've been using AMEX gold and making the most of Priority Pass. I still use the Ultra Platinum card though 😈 and recently use Revolut for a trip to Switzerland and France, you just can't beat their exchange rates! ^Jonny

Ahh cool. I love the ultra card. I am currently on metal and thinking of upgrading. I watch your ultra video over and over to try and justify it to myself. 😂

Haha if you can find a way to make use of those subscriptions I'm sure you'll be able to justify it! That's were the bulk of the value lies, and I couldn't see myself using them (except the FT subscription). I'm sticking with Premium for now. ^J

Jonny, can I ask how long you had the Ultra plan for? And how much did you have to pay to cancel? Did you get to keep your Ultra card and is it still active now you have down graded? Thanks

Hey bavers. I didn't have it for very long, just enough time to test it, around 2 weeks. In the end I just paid to keep the platinum card. ^Jonny

@@Monitodotcom many thanks, I am in two minds if to upgrade. I rethink I might upgrade and try the plan for a month or two. Then I can always downgrade back to metal. I think the break fee is only one month’s membership. Thanks again, love the Revolut videos you make.

Worth upgrading even if it's just for 14 days because you essentially get a free trial period (as long as you don't order the card). Let me know how it goes/what you think of Ultra, and thank you for the kind words I really appreciate it. ^Jonny

everything is nice but there is no option to see the money entries, no graph to consult the salary and incoming transfers, it's amazing that no one realizes it.

To see new design: update to version 10.0+ and go to profile -> new features. This might not yet be available to 100% customers as the new design is being rolled out gradually next few weeks.

Can you still use your Ultra Platinum card now you have downgraded? Is it still active?

Yup, I still use mine are I don't have the Ultra plan. If you downgrade within 14 days Revolut will still charge you for the platinum card so you do get to keep it. ^Jonny

New to Revolut. I have a Main GBP screen, a Main screen where I have my abroad currency and a Main All screen. I'm confused what are all these screens 😮 Do I need to exchange currency to use abroad. How does that work? Help!! How do I use this. I have a physical card which I activated and when I went to use this, it used funds from my Main All screen not my Main GBP

You don't need to exchange currencies to spend abroad, you deposit your local currency into your account, use your card and Revolut will exchange the money automatically. ^Jonny

Not that impressed. Think personalised images on vaults/pockets was a great motivator. Thought they would have launched savings to the Irish market with this update. It’s a main feature I’m waiting on

I also read similar criticism on Reddit. Does Revolut Ireland have no savings accounts at all? A lack of decent savings also seems to be a wider issue in the EEA. ^Jonny
