Very exciting and interested for the pilot program. I have Nautitech Open 40 and live on it in D.R. full time. The wind is always there around my cover grounds and trying Kite Surfing will be great. Cheers and thank you for the awesome tech innovation!

@@Ocean_Kite_Energy It is a Hirondelle 23 mrk 1 catamaran that used to have sails. I just gave the mast, standing rigging, and sails away as I want to convert it into a solar-powered electric motor boat with a smaller mast. But a kite would be a more interesting solution as even a small mast and rig would block the solar panels a bit.

It will be interesting to see whats needed to set the system up. You will need a strong fore deck set up.

This is one thing I am concerned about: A secure mounting strategy.. For demasted sailboats this won't be an issue as I can use the deck plate, otherwise it will need to be a robust installation.

I love this project. Just thinking about the stacking of kites, smaller up to larger. Like the research projects of old day Antarctic weather. They needed your spool too. Thank you for your efforts

Silent yacht has a similar system already. I like that fact that your system can regenerate a battery pack if im reading you literature right. How much power can it generate to a battery system? How does it deploy?

The tier pricing seems steep considering we are supposed to 3d print the materials and assemble. Big fan would love to see you throw this on a boat in the near future.

A couple people joined the beta program already so very soon! I appreciate you having a look at the models, the 3D printed DIY model is the one you print yourself. Some people wanted that option, but honestly, it’s really for those who are already experts in 3D printing or have a lot of time on their hands. The other models come ready to go right out of the box.
