You probably know about this by now, but just in case, know that youtube has a feature for "certified" channels that allow them to post videos some time before for selected persons (usually backers or paying subscribers to a channel) then to the general public, this way you can have a thousand views a a hundreds comments on a vidéo that was posted seconds for you, but not for everyone. It allows channel to rewards their backers with previews of the upcoming content.
