I Know damn well i've been hating on AUT, but the CD rework left my jaw dropped. Even the beat down following the other moves, you can feel the tension and impact every hit that lands bro, and the angels for the cutscene are amazing.

I asked the devs this exact question they Said there isnt exactly a based percentage for it every rarity has its own diffrent rarities instead of percents %
