It’s a hilarious take all around The Browns win last week no media coverage they lose let’s hate on Watson 😂😂 that o-line was horrible but that’s not the take
Nice spin. The offense was not helping the defense. The offense had 67 yards in the first half and kept turning it over and blowing great field position.
You guys just look at stats . If the ball isn’t out of his hands in 3 sec it’s a sack. 2 sec is the fastest and that is Tom Brady fast . Watson rec arnt open in 2 sec I’ve watched the game 3 times
It’s crazy to see the slander against Deshaun Watson after watching 2 out of his 3 games this season. I watched him against the Cowboys week 1 which was the game of the week on Fox, and because I’m a Giants fan that lives in NY I watched yesterday’s game. To be completely honest with ZERO bias for or against DW. His offensive line is TERRIBLE. Remember week 1, when the Cowboys defense looked like the Bears of 1985, yeah. That’s because his O-line is TERRIBLE. They had 13 penalties against the Cowboys. It’s difficult to play football at an even Kiel when you’re constantly on 2 & 20 or 3 & 16 because your O-line is getting penalized for holding. That changes the whole aspect of the game at that position. Especially when your O-line can’t hold the defense from getting into the backfield, especially when the defense is blitzing on 2 & 20. Deshaun literally has NO time to read through his reads. As soon as he snaps the ball, he’s under duress. The Browns O-line through 3 weeks have the most penatlies in the league, and his number 1 option in Amari Cooper has the most dropped balls thus far through 3 weeks with 4 drops including a wide open TD pass he dropped in the end zone against the Cowboys which would of been a 40 yard TD. I’m NOT a Deshaun fan, I’m only stating this because I know football & I actually watched TWO of his games by chance. Benching him won’t solve their biggest problem which is their O-line. If you throw Jamies under center, its going to be the same shit because whoever is under center will be under HEAVY duress once they snap the ball. The sports media as a whole is bashing Deshauns play but fail to mention the circumstance he’s under with the worse O-line in the NFL at the moment. You guys who talk about the game need to do better with either analyzing what’s going on before speaking on a situation; or with at least conveying the facts that his O-line is the most penalized O-line in the NFL through 3 weeks.
O-line excuses can have merit but they get abused way too much... look at the people defending Bryce Young and blaming his struggles on management (yes the owner sucks) and the O-line. Did you see what Carolina's offense just did with old man Andy Dalton at the controls? Dalton just totally undercut all those arguments in a single game.
This guy obviously doesn’t watch the Browns! Between the Browns poor offensive line performance and the juvenile offensive scheme no quarterback can ever be successful in a Cleveland uniform. If it wasn’t for Amari Cooper making sensational catches for Watson the Browns wouldn’t have made the game so close yesterday. The Browns offense showed no imagination or creativity the whole game. But the pundits love to dwell on how much Watson’s contract is.
if you watch the game, it realizes the offense issues what are you talking about his decision making is poor the quy didn’t throw no pics in the last too games !!!!! stop it those 2 fumbles was not him I don’t watch football.
I’ve watched every watson game since he’s been on the browns. This is how he has looked every game. Over throws, dirt balls, doesn’t climb the pocket, holds the ball too long and turns the ball over. Also not clutch at all. The O line is decimated but the trade for watson and him eating up 24% of the cap this year doesn’t help either
@StayPuftMarshmellow he drove us down the field in the 4th quarter and Ford fumbled. We get the ball back and he throws a dime to the WR on 4th and 1 and the wr dropped it. He's missing Chubb and Njoku and these people are just hating cause he got paid like everybody else is. I was at the game yesterday, nobody was open. People say he holds the ball to long well the receivers doesn't get separation and the Browns leads the nfl in drops. Watson needs his team to step up. Chubb and njoku is going to help alot.
