Isn't a lumbar puncture contraindicated if there is raised ICP?

I had Reye Syndrome because I was given Aspirin when I had Chicken Poxs when I was a Kid by my Grandmother because I had a Fever . Now this was the 70s when people didn't know what Reye Syndrome was they didn't know what I had so they kept sending me to Hospital I believe and the Doctor who was treating me would pick me and my mother up and drive us to the hospital cause he wanted to know what was going on with me

I think aspirin can cause this syndrome but lm not sure

Can you take it witg ear infection

Don't give aspirin I never gave my kids Aspirin because of Reye's syndrome

please help me I'm crying so bad right now and I'm panicking because I have flu like symptoms, and I just took some pepto bismol because my stomach was upset, I don't know what to do I am panicking right now someone please help me
