Anchar is same as Nanchang. The only difference is by using it..can get gold and it has 2 extra air defense, total 8 AA and Nanchang has 6 AA.

Former user of basisty and trust me it sucks. Slow speed, poor maneuverability, locked weak torpedoes and only 1 x4 air defense slot. If you put Garpun in it then it will star shooting ships if they come closer and if you put crotale then these advance long range fighter jets and bombers will kill you. Lol

Usually the price(s) are lowest near the end of the month, around day 20 or so. After that, there's usually leaks for the next month that could affect the price. The leak dictates if it goes up or not.
