The teardrop on traces is great tip. One thing I had happen when removing solder mask from traces is solder ended up flowing off pads and onto trace a bit. Try to leave a 10 mil dam to keep solder where it belongs

Or just use the Saturn PCB toolkit and have it correct the first time :) Or let buggy altium do it...

Too bad if you update the layer stack geometry, it fails to update the rules that are based on it. Lovely, huh?

I didn't understand why he did apply a solder mask of 0.2mm when he said that we should remove the solder mask?

He applied a soldermask EXPANSION of 0.2mm which does remove it. Think of soldermask in Altium as a negative layer.

@@meysamramezani3087 yes it is typical because dielectric materials such as solder mask at high frequencies have a significant amount of loss associated with them
