Kimmo Lutinen who left the band after Suomi was the drummer and formed a band called Legenda which released 2 albums on holy records, in a doom-black style.

Cool video. I remember listening to my Ugra Karma tape on an old ass walkman while going to high school over and over again. Good times!

Fun fact: Alexi Laiho from Children of Bodom of all people composed Zero Tolerance. Also, I always saw Winter War as a tribute to Boyd Rice.

Could've guessed that they went after suomi finland perkele as well, but ugru karma was actually removed from stores because they "stole" the artwork on the original press out of a holy book from some hindu sect located in the UK. They went to court with it and osmose had to pull them out of stock, issuing the repress with a new cover, original ones are still very rare and sought after. Also is it just me or does their "mythology" feel a lot like a parody of esotheric nazism as practiced by groups like the ONA which also includes a lot of hindu and satanic bullshit? Mught be a little far fetched but it wouldn't surprise me at all if that was indeed their inspiration.

Only flaw with Ugra-Karma is hunting down the original cd issue with the cool(-er) artwork. Got lucky with one that's mint condition for almost 40 bucks. Hate impulse buying but the ends justify the means.
