Hi Ahmad, I am currently having trouble with my network credentials when attempting the project. Are you using your own network Wi-Fi? I am trying to use a mobile hotspot for the module to connect to however it doesn’t seem to work when I attempted it several times. I would use my college’s network however the college network is private so really no chance of getting those credentials.

hi, the time of entry should not only be the time but the date too, and the time of return should not only be the time but also the date too, because if when you return home the date is a different day then the data will not be correct in calculating the time.

Ahmad, any interest on developing a system like this for a small work based transportation program so that the scan would capture name, date, time, and location when getting on and off the bus, and calculating the number of miles transported as well as the amount of time each passenger rode? I am trying to use my mobile hotspot on my phone to act as my “Connecting to Wi-Fi” however the connection is not going thru. In order to connect the ESP8266 to a Wi-Fi network, you need to provide the network credentials (SSID and password) in the code. This network can be a personal home Wi-Fi connection or a public Wi-Fi network, such as your college Wi-Fi, as long as you have the necessary credentials to connect to the network. If you are having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi network using your mobile hotspot, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Check that your mobile hotspot is turned on and that the network name (SSID) and password are correctly entered in the code. 2. Ensure that the ESP8266 module is within range of the Wi-Fi network and that there are no physical obstacles or interference that could block the signal. 3. Verify that the Wi-Fi network you are trying to connect to is not using any advanced security protocols or network settings that may be incompatible with the ESP8266 module. 4. If you are still unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network using your mobile hotspot, you can try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network, such as a personal home Wi-Fi connection or a public Wi-Fi hotspot.

this project work on internet, but arduino uno cannot connect to the internet itself. so you need to connect esp01 wifi module to the arduino to fix it

yes it is possible you need to store the component information in RFID tag. then you append this information in the queryString in sketch file. you also need to update the code for google script

@@AhmadLogs In the serial monitor there is nothing after the payload is printted. It does get published, as I can see the data in my Google Sheets, but it seems the POST function is stuck, and doesnt return anything, so the loop doesnt continue.

It is possible that the library may work without any issues on your esp8266 board. if you still want to remove this compile warning. You can do it by doing the following: 1. Navigate to your Arduino/libraries/LiquidCrystal_I2C library. 2. Edit the library.properties file with a text editor. 3. Change the architecture line from "architecture=avr" to "architecture=avr,esp8266". If something bad happens, please let me know!

can you please do one project , my requirement is rf id receiver should connected with arduino's interrupt pin. if rf id card found it should trigger the controller and do some interrupt function(exit the loop and do the interrupt function and back to the loop and continues the loop function).

if someone give their card to other employee to mark attendence it is possible. fingerprint or face recognition is better choice if you want make it batter.

yeah 1st day sheet 1 will store the attendance. if i want to store the 2nd day attendance in sheet 2 and so on.. what should i do
