Bin is to create & manage the shelf (Bin) details with number of Pallets
the bin can accommodate.
Bin Register is to register or link a RIFD tag with Bin.
Handheld device will be used to perform this function.
Category is to classify / Group an Item, which will be used while picking an item for delivery and report
purpose. Ex: Food, Chocolate, Toiletries etc…
Item Master is to create & manage Item details such as Code, Name, Category, Packing Size and its Barcode detail.
Item Register is to link Items with RFID tags for pallet. An Item may linked with multiple tags, based on the stock receiving.
Stock In is the process of placing the items by pallet into the storage Bin and specifying the position like Left Front, Right Front, Left Back and Right Back. User has to scan both Pallet Tag and Bin Tag to Stock IN.
Bin Transfer is used to transfer pallets from one bin to another bin or one position to another position.
Pallet Maintenance to edit the item details and the pallet's tag after stock in.
Stock Out process will move the stock out from Bin. User has to scan Pallet Tag, then system will recognise the Bin number and its position and deduct the stock accordingly.
Clear Pallet Tag is the process of unlinking the tags from item for reuse purpose, before its load into the delivery vehicle.
Search - where user can search an item(s) by its code, Name,
Category or by Size and Stock In date, in order to prepare the pick
list. Selected items from search list will be moved to Pick List tab.
Pick List - Selected items from search list will be listed here in Pick
List tab. User can add more items by searching with the filters
given. Once the list is ready for picking, user can print and pass it
on to Pickers.

2.Stock In & Out Report
3.Empty Bin Report & Stock Ageing Report
Pick List preparation and Reports can be generated from a
web based application as well.
