The Dem party could have had a superb old-school Dem candidate in RFK Jr and had an easy win over Trump but they FORCED him out and instead they are trying to prop up their feeble-minded puppet and are inducing people to vote out of FEAR. They will always have a reason for us to vote out of fear of the Repub candidate but it is high time to vote for a candidate who gives us HOPE. KENNEDY is that candidate because he is for the PEOPLE, not the establishment.

I think the statistics they gave is a little intellectually dishonest. Because 80% don't want to see the same matchup it doesn't mean they don't want to see both of those candidates. It could mean they don't want to see Biden running against Trump or vice versa also it doesn't necessarily mean that they believe Kennedy is a better choice as an alternative.

@@randym8393 Speaking personally, I did not particularly like Donald Trump before he ran. However, when he announced his candidacy I listened to what he had to say. I liked what I heard and was in agreement. I switched parties and voted for him. He did not disappoint while in office. He followed through. His personality grew on me. His candor and sense of humor was refreshing. Now I like and respect him very much. Opinions can change. The hatred that I see toward him astonishes me.

I strongly disagree with the notion of choosing the 'lesser of two evils.' In my perspective, President Trump stands out as the most effective leader of my lifetime. Under his administration, we experienced a thriving economy and avoided entanglement in wars. While I agree with some of the points made by Kennedy, I see him as yet another untested candidate making promises. With Trump, there's a sense of predictability and clarity in his actions and policies, which is reassuring.

Trump failed miserably on the biggest issue of our generation, the Covid response. He implemented operation warp speed and stood behind Fauci as he systematically destroyed the first amendment of the Constitution. Trump looked like a puppet standing behind Fauci as he pushed masking, shutting down schools, forced vaccines on federal employees, etc. Trump lost my vote at that point. RFK Jr. literally wrote the book on Fauci "The Real Anthony Fauci". The greatest enemy in our nation, is our own government. Trump said he would drain the swamp, but he made it bigger. RFK Jr. will not only drain the swamp, he will backfill it with concrete.

I'll explain it. Republicans that hate Trump and Biden. Democrats that hate Biden and Trump. People from both parties that are now independent. Black voters that are leaving the democrat Party are independent, some will vote Republican, and some will abstain if they can't find a good independent candidate. Non-black people from parties feel the same about the same.

Kennedy refused to say who his pick is, but as far as disqualifying anyone for being a "jock", in Minnesota we had a famous NFL player named Alan Page who later went to law school and eventually served with distinction as Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court. Being an athlete does not mean someone does not also have a brilliant mind. We need to have debates among the presidential and VP candidates to know what they are capable of doing for our country; that is the purpose of debates and I will reserve judgment of the VP candidates until then.

I do not really know anything about Rodgers except that he played football but I will keep an open mind because in Minnesota we had a famous NFL player named Alan Page who later went to law school and went on to serve with distinction as Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court for many years. He had a brilliant mind and was beloved as a justice. Playing sports does not mean someone is not also an intellectual. RFK JR says Rodgers is a critical thinker and Kennedy has graded a lot of law students, so if he is saying that it's a strong sign that Rodgers has a very sharp mind. So IF Kennedy picks Rodgers I will reserve judgment until I hear him speak for himself and debate the other VP candidates. I hope you also will give him a chance if he is RFK JR's choice. With regard to Ventura, I can vouch for the fact that he was a great governor, the only HONEST one that we had. He's smart; you don't get to be a Navy Seal unless you are highly intelligent and can think on your feet, besides having the physical wherewithal to carry out missions. He NEVER sold out to lobbyists or played to the media; he was straightforward and levelheaded. I would proudly vote for him.

The main reason why there are so many registered independents, is because people are tired of their neighbors or people they do business with, looking them up, and if they don't agree with their views, they hold it against them. If someone is registered as an independent, most people aren't really sure what to think of that person and they forget all about it and usually treat that person fairly.

RFK has my vote. He is the best candidate I've seen in my lifetime. I encourage every American to go watch one of his longform interviews. He's done 30+ of them and he goes over all the his policies. At least go look at the comment section of one of them if you need more convincing. Lex Friedman, Elon, Jordan Peterson and Tucker Carlson to name a few.

RFK JR is on the side of the PEOPLE, not the elite corporate interests he has been standing up to the last 40 years. He is going to unravel the corporate capture of government agencies and clear out the corruption, meaning he is actually going to drain the swamp. Trump promised to do it, but expanded it instead by filling his administration with corrupt corporate shills - all his choice. Do you want the WEF and AI controlling everything you do? If the answer is "No" then KENNEDY is your only option because no other candidate is even talking about the fact that our freedoms depend on keeping these forces in check. Picking Rogers was a total PR stunt. Choosing your VP is one of the biggest press releases you’ll get as a candidate. It’s strategically announced. Rogers is an active pro football player. Please stop wasting our time. I am a former Trump supporter. Last election, he did not earn my vote. I will never support a supposed leader watch our country fall apart while being locked down, billionaires became richer, and small businesses closed forever nationwide. And he added to the swamp. Our country deserves much more respect that your will for revenge. He has 4 years. He was elected 8 whole years ago. Time to move on please.

Biden won his because it's rigged. The DNC was changing the rules to ensure Biden would win. That's why RFK had to drop his race in the democratic party and run as an independent. They wouldn't give him a fair chance.

Environmentalist is different from a climate activist. We can all agree we want to clean the environment from industrial waste (ie: the hudson clean up) but he isnt preaching green policy and using climate change at all
