Hello, you can visit the E312 raw image YAML file(in the uhd repo of `fpga` folder), and modify the YAML to make your custom E312 image.

This is also my question as well. Is it possible to change the YAML file for targeting x4xx? I am not sure, but I assume we do need lots of other modifications as well (not just YAML file). Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately rfnocmodtool only generates an image file for the X310. You can use the file uhd/fpga/usrp3/top/e31x/e310_rfnoc_image_core.yml as a template for setting up an image core YAML file for the E312.

That's correct. You can use these steps for all 3rd and 4th generation USRPs: X300/X310, N300/N310, N320/N321, E310/E312, E320, X410, and X440.
