Snake Eyez and Tokido in pools off screen. I apologize for the shaky quality! I am recording with my phone and there are quite a few people gathered around. I got bumped a few times as you can probably tell...

Wow that was a close one. And yeah we can see Luffy playing on the other side of the table with his trademark PS1 pad.

I was pretty confused why this would be played off stream.
@Solesamurai

I was more pissed at how we missed a good 80% of all the ridiculous ultra blow ups this year but fucking marvel got a side stream for their matches so no one would miss anything.
@TheShroki
@TheShroki 10 лет назад
Aaron Johnson Marvel got a side stream because all of the other official games were over during Marvel semis. Street Fighter ran all day on Friday to stay on time because it had 800 more entrants than Marvel. There was simply no way for them to schedule all the big match-ups for stream without slowing the day down and risk going many overs hour schedule.
@Solesamurai

That's fuckin stupid, they could've had another side stream setup handy, made no sense to me why they would stream matches people don't care about, but not snake eyes vs tokido or smug vs Latif or something.
@TheShroki

Aaron Johnson Don't be such a entitled brat. They had half a dozen streams at EVO to cover as much as they could in the schedule but they only have 1 stage. The secondary stream was only free for Marvel because by Saturday night, the other games were finished their semis. Street Fighter ran pools through top-8 on Day 1. That's thousands of games of Street Fighter that needed to run at a brisk pace to not run till 4am or something stupid. If you're so goddamn sorry you missed some of these matches on stream how about next year you actually go to EVO.

TheShroki it's not about being an entitled brat, it's about recognizing that there's a market and a need for better stream coverage - especially since physical attendance is getting really overcrowded over the past several years

4:35 This round Snake Eyez did what I call the Infiltration, because it's how I've seen Infiltration adapt in long sets, he does it consistently; let me explain it: He will let you take the ground plays blocking, scared, full defense that you think you figured him out meanwhile he's downloading you and once got you passive, in one gear switch he goes full offense and win

Yeah The streat fighter day one stream was basically watching all the seeded players beat on scrubs to advance out of pools :/

Are we the only people who start chanting the name of our country after one of our players wins? Anyone else think it comes off as kind of arrogant and disrespectful? Or is it just me?
