RG101Pro GPS Drone Flight TEST [Spoiler: Return to Home has FAILED] 

I had one of these delivered two days ago and haven't used it yet. I've been watching lots of videos to learn as much as I can before I do. One thing I can tell you is the slot on top of the drone, which you weren't sure about in the unboxing video is for the laser obstacle avoidance module, which is included with the max version. I haven't found anywhere it can be bought separately yet. The other thing is I read that when you use auto return the drone will climb upwards before returning so that it will avoid trees, buildings etc on it's way back. By default, it returns at 30m high but that height can be changed in the settings somewhere.

Olá, segue regra básica para voar qualquer drone: Levando em consideração que já ligou, conectou a aeronave com o controle, e que já conectou o smartphone a rede wifi da aeronave, você deve agora: 1º - Calibrar a bússola, para isso, aperte o botão de calibragem da bússola, e gire a aeronave no eixo horizontal, até ouvir um beep... Logo após, gire a aeronave na vertical, até ouvir outro beep; 2º - Calibrar o giroscópio (se não o fizer, a aeronave vai decolar inclinada, e o gimbal vai ficar com a câmera inclinada)... Faça assim: Coloque a aeronave no chão, em uma superfície "plana", e simplesmente aperte o botão de calibragem do giroscópio, até ouvir um beep; 3º - Certifique-se que as baterias (aeronave e rádio controle), estejam completamente carregadas; 4º - TENHA CERTEZA QUE O "GPS ESTÁ CONECTADO A QUANTIDADES DE SATELITES, QUE O FABRICANTE ORIENTA NO MANUAL". DICAS: * Ao pilotar, não faça movimentos bruscos nos sticks, ao invés disso, faça movimentos lentos e suaves, assim, você vai se acostumando com os controles e com a aeronave; *Nos primeiros vôos, tente aprender, voando baixo, espere a aeronave estabilizar ao decolar, e pratique proximo ao chão; *Nunca, jamais levante vôo, proximo a árvores, ou qualquer tipo de obstrução (a aeronave marca a posição de início, no GPS, se levantar vôo, próximo a árvores, quando for acionado o RTH ("return to home"), a aeronave descerá sobre a árvore); *Evite voar proximo de redes elétricas, ou estruturas que tenham campo eletromagnético (cabos e antenas), isso pode interferir no sinal do rádio e no GPS; *Saiba dividir o tempo de vôo, sempre reservando metade da carga da bateria, para o retorno seguro. DICA EXCLUSIVA AO AMIGO DO VÍDEO: Sempre que for calibrar, utilize as duas mãos, ou poderá calibrar de forma errada. Por fim, evite voar proximo a pessoas... Uma convenção é que mantenha a distância horizontal de 30 metros de outras pessoas. Espero que essas dicas ajudem a todos que estão iniciando!😉👍

Calibration was not performed correctly. I think this is your first time flying a drone because if not you already know the different buttons found on the remote control without having to read on the manual

The bit on the top with the blue tape is for the obstacle avoidance tool.
