New update for koriki rg35xx plus, h is the video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KvsEYe6VvIQ.html What handheld are you most excited for? And what games you been playing this week? Mine has been the RG405V wow love it…I have done a unboxing video on it link in the description. And I have been playing..god of war2 and persona 4 and been playing lots of NGP on the powkiddy RGB30
Hey @SonicLovesEmulation please help the 1.0.2 ruined my Anbernic RG35XX so i tried formatting the sd card and putting 1.0.1 back on there so i can play games again but now its not giving me the Share E drive please help
oh my god thank you man, I do not know what the problem was, but your video helped me install and run batocera v39 on rg35xx h. I don't know how to express my gratitude. thank you very much
The 405V, the X55 and the B30. Been playing Wheel Of Fortune (Sega CD), Wheel Of Fortune (N64), Scrabble (Game Boy Color), Minnesota Fats: Pool Legend (GENESIS).
went through this process so many times with different versions. (1.0, 1.0 + 1.0.2 update my problems: 1. joypad doesnt work in PSP games 2. joypad doesnt woth when i manually launch PPSSPP - not possible to change any options 3. retroarch always launches in 1/4 of the screen no matter the batocera version 4. not possible to enter retroarch menu with menu (or select, i dont remember which one) and top button (out of 4) - none of those combinations work 5. retroarch ignores when i put amiga kickstarts or atari xe/xl roms that work on every other OS on 4 different devices. it says he can't find kickstarts/roms 6. when i accidentally enabled to show all systems (on the versions that have this option) the device goes into refresh loop and card needs re-flashing SO frustrated with this FW.
I like the retroarch version that comes on the stock os better… is there any way to get that??? Also the menus having b for selecting games and a from going back is a total curve ball. And to change something simple like that I have to navigate through like 20,000 different menu options. Like to even change the controller layout, it wants you to bind a key to north south east and west??!! How do I skip that bind? There’s so many hidden hot keys and features I don’t even know about. I’m legit gonna have to read an encyclopedia on how to work it when I’m already up and running on the stock os…? I wish I liked this better but I’m having the most fun with the stock os. Already half way into fire emblem with it while the koriki sd card I’m literally just playing with settings all day. That’s my only complaint…
Hey, thanks for the video! I got a little stuck on the last step, though. The E drive won't open up (I can see it in DiskGenius) and I also don't know which bios files I'm copying over to that folder once it does open. New to this kind of thing so any pointers would be very helpful! :)
Once you have done it, in folders you should have folders saying roms and bios just add them to the folders, you won’t be able to access them in disk genius
E drive I'm assuming is the partition you can't access with roms folder, just format the partition as exfat and put it in the rg35xx again so it populates, once you put it in the PC again you should be able to see folders.
the last Koriki release have an issue with the headphone. on my part it doesn't shutdown the internal speaker. and emulation is really slow with Batocera. its an unofficial fork and its development stopped. I rollbacked to GarlicOS 1.4.9. however the vertical screen mode is still not optimized (or broke) and it miss a child mode where changing RetroArch setting is unavailable from the main menu.
Koriki 1.0.2 is unstable on my RG35XX. Volume buttons are very laggy. NES and Genesis games just freeze randomly. Have to press Reset button to get it to boot
Hello I remapped the Up and Down D-pad controls to the L2 and R2 (inner trigger buttons), so now they don’t work in the PSPP menu so I can’t set the controls back to default. How do I fix this? Already did a clean install in my SD1 yet the problem is still there 😭
To be perfectly honest with you stock is just as good as cfw it’s only to play the likes of psp and NDS so if you are not bothered by them, I would stick with stock
I have one issue using this koriki OS. If im going to charge my rg35xx the charging light indicator will not function. So hard to check the battery status because you need to turn on your unit to check if the battery is full.
You can't do it easy way. I have been trying to progress with installation for 14hr untill I realized I need Linux, so probably does you, as the partition with roms is Linux ext4. I copied that "SHARE" partition using Oracle VM virtual box and Ubuntu installed on it. It seems easier than installing second os. From Ubuntu you can access and copy them accessing usb's on top of toolbar, quite ez, can't tell if it will work but I have high hopes as I have it already backed up, now going to do rest of this and see when another failure happens. If you will have trouble with that I may do a quick tutorial and give u a link, but not earlier than next weekend (26-27 Jan) cuz I'm busy. Let me know if that helped you, it is not that hard actually. GL
And one (two) more thing(s). If u won't be able to copy that partition, reply to this message (not fil kolins as I can barely charge other phone anymore). There is 6 folders on that SHARE particion btw. There are also cheats, decorations and themes. And it took me about an hour to install Ubuntu onto virtual machine. And almost another hour to copy it all onto it and then back to usb stick (when I installed VM I left all "how many cores", "how much memory" and similar options by default, so my virtual machine is quite slow, probably I should have changed it a bit). After all that I formated and merged together that share and unallocated into exFAT (59gb), copied onto it that 6 folders I copied in Ubuntu I mentioned before from spare USB stick, added one ROM - original copy of game I own into corresponding folder, didn't had to add any EMU and it worked great - had no more problems since copying these folders in Ubuntu (now these are in exFAT so Ubuntu is no longer needed btw) Yesterday I thought n64 on rg35xx was a lie, today I know it is not. I wasted too much time yesterday trying to figure out if that cheap microsd from TEMU is corrupted, turned out it is ok, and whole process is easy when you get to copy that crap on formated f drive to exfat
It seems your are having the same issue has I was having, once you do the initial install it partitions the SD card, so you will see a batocera partition and another one you won't be able to access, that says you need to format it to use it, just format it, as exfat, and put the SD card back into rg35xx so it populates the folders again, once you pop the SD back in the PC you should see the 2 partitions and be able to access them. Hope it helps.
i burned my screen, trying a third person batocera img, when i tried to add FPS display. the screen went full black with no backlight, but i tried to restart and i have music from the titlle menu.
@@SonicLoveEmulation There are no guides anywhere on youtube for setting up NDS specifically. I have not found anyone having the same issue as me online... My NDS is authentic and I've followed the same steps as far as putting the bios and roms in the right folders so I'm at a loss.
By a missclick I entered into apps and emulation station. A new menú and other settings are appearing and I dont know how to go back to koriki or the same menú y are showing in the video. Some help please?
That doesn't make sense to me. The Koriki rom folders include one of ColecoVision. I loaded my roms in it, the same roms I've used on older versions of Batocera on other devices, but the ColecoVision system doesn't appear in the consoles section.
@@mikergale... You have to fix /add the name in . simplemenu/themes/pick ur theme folder/(open .ini file)/ scroll down -> find the rom name & make sure the system name is match with ur Roms name.... I did that to fix the 32x ( they name it Sega32x in .ini file)
Run the bios check setting in Batocera and it will telll you what bios files you are missing. See what it says for DS and then you can search and find for ones you are missing and need.
I hope u see this comment plz... I tried everything to make the d-pad work on the batocera os but it doesn't work can u plz tell me if u kn how to make it work ...PLZ
I cannot for the life of me get PSP and DS games to launch, I have the BIOS files for the DS too and everything and updated Koriki to the latest version... 1.0.2
Am actually not sure unless I have it to test the best thing to do is Google on get hub and find the latest version and flash it to a new SD card and try it again. It should work
@@SonicLoveEmulation i apperciate that, i will try sometime again, to confirm, do i need to get any psp bios or is it just put the psp games on the OS and it should just launch nothing else need to do? thn you again
@@thisistheguy3843 My mistake. For Batocera the folder is psp and roms extension should be (.iso) (.cso) or (.pbp). I haven't ran PSP yet, I'll give it try and give some feedback. I'm testing DC and N64 right now.
I just put the card in the system idk what happend but only the games I put now are showing up including the psp which are working but all the other games before aren't I mean ig I'm fine because i also have garlic on other I ca just switch between them
@@SonicLoveEmulation Everything is fine) Thank you! Anbernic pleases us more than ever with his stern consoles! For the New Year holidays I'm waiting for discounts so I can buy Anbernic RG 405 v
