My brother is kind of a tech wizard of sorts. Had this issue when I went to show my family my device after it sat for months of not using, stuck on the boot screen like this. He essentially wiped the original SD clean and reflashed it with Anbernics dual boot system they have on their website for a firmware update and it solved my problem. Definitely would recommend doing that
I have the same problem also ordered from China. the console works but nothing is displayed, I tried to reinstall the software and still nothing. Tomorrow I will try to connect it to the HD cable to find out if it is definitely a display problem. in my case, I am not able to return it because the link to the return label does not work. I have been trying to contact the seller for several days and have not received a response. you can try what I plan to do is to order a new display but it costs about 20 euros
Hold power and reset simulataniously for 5 secs. If this still does not work. Disconnect the battery to discharge for a few mins. reconnect and then attempt to power on again.
Open the back where the battery goes. I dont know why they ship them like this but for one its not connected and the most important thing is they covered the end part with like paper so you need to remove it before pluging in the cable. That should resolve your issue

RG35XX is working but you just didn't change these trash SD Card. Use Sandisk or Samsung 64Go/128Go, reinstall StockOS (or other) and Roms and go for a speed start up
Corrupted cheap sd card. You need to flash the software image to a quality sd card. It is common for this to happen. It's easy to fix if you use youtube and have a pc

I bought the new version 2024 Rg35xx Plus and incorrectly formatted the included SD card because of a video on RU-vid, now I can't even turn it on 😢can someone help?
E aí mano, conseguiu resolver? Comprei um rg35xx h, fui fazer o backup dos arquivos dele e quando coloquei o cartão no console ele não ligou mais, quando coloco no carregador ele acende o led laranja, mas não liga de forma alguma.
@@gagcagg get an SD card reader and there are a lot of videos about how to reinstall the operation system to the device get 2 SD cards 1 for the op system 1 for the games it will work! I did it and i had zero problem with my device

You have to perform the update on your computer and the problem is fixed there, the same thing happened to me and I followed the steps on the official website
The micro sd card probably failed. The ones they send are cheap. Definitely get a better brand and make a copy of the files to your pc I made a YT video on 3 ways to recover the original anbernic software if anyone is having problems
@@Kreonkreonyou gotta put the formatted sd card into the system first then it’s supposed to install the emulators from the device then place it in the computer and transfer files. Give that a shot and see if it helps

Tried all that. Even bought new SD cards and formatted them to FAT32. There seems to be some issues with Anbernic RG35XX's bought in 2024. I'm having the same issues with GarlicOS.
@@auburnbluephotography9043 try something easy then like minui just drag and drop files on root of SD card. Insert in device after that see if it works it's really that easy with that os. If that works and you like it I can steer you into direction of more emulators for that os. Or just get finui
