Sir if foetus blood containing rh- mix with rh+ mother blood igG antibody is produced in mother blood cells .in same way if when rh+ mother blood enters rh- foetus will igG antibody be produced in the new born child?

Sir,in 1st pregnancy blood is not mixed between mother and foetus during gestation ,placenta is separated. But in 2 nd pregnancy why blood is mixed.why placenta will not separate during gestation .
