Who the fuck dislikes videos like this? I'd love to know their mindset, haha. Do they hate the song? Do they hate his kit? Do they just hate life? lmao... you should be forced to fill out a "dislike questionnaire" xD.
You always do the best metal covers. Also love how those window stickies look on the drums, they look cooler than those common boring ones that are expensive in comparison and do the EXACT SAME THING.
Please...for the love of God please do Battle Against Time by Wintersun. You will become a legend in my book if you do so and I will love you for the rest of my life.
Doesn't matter. He could be hitting a practice pad, not trying to make a sound. The technique looks really relaxed, and he's blasts are somewhat powerful. Nice stick height atleast.
I would also go with the lead singer's continuation of this band called Luca Turilli's Rhapsody. Check out theri album Prometheus. It's seriously amazing!
Not only that, but I think Rhapsody never came out with the name of the drummer on that album, because he allegedly never wanted credit. So the critics believe it´s programmed drums. So I hope our friend here could prove them wrong :)
much, *much* more interesting drumming in the first album. After the second one they just went prrrrt on the kick drums like it was going out of style.
I was under the impression that the drums were programmed in the first albums. The booklet says drums by thunderforce and it really sounds programmed to me as well.
densammesamme Thunderforce played drums from Dawn of Victory to Power of the Dragonflame, but for contractual obligations his real identity could not be revealed. There was also speculation that Thunderforce did not actually exist and that the drums on these albums were programmed, but the band always denied this. Daniele Carbonera played the two first albums. According to Luca Turilli, he was kicked out of Rhapsody because he did not have the necessary technical skills in order to guarantee to the band a good performance on stage, especially for what concerned Rhapsody's first albums' rhythmics.
carbonera was the drummer for Tales and Symphony. He was certainly capable. On both of those albums, the drums were well-written. Afterwards, not so much :/
