Honestly how can any metal musician top this? the only one I'm guessing is Luca Turilli himself, the epicness here is beyond words, his last epics are so close to this one, of michael the archangel and lucifer's fall 1 and 2 are two great pieces of music aswell, but this one got no match, this is the top of the game.

I wasn't expecting such awesomeness, but then, through the whole song, it was like the time i watched LOTR for the first time, and here i am drooling, imagining how would this look in a movie... Exactly, the best part of "Gargoyles" is the beginning acoustic guitar. And yes, there's not a power metal band that sounds close to what Rhapsody sounds like, Nightwish and Kamelot come close, but they are still quite different.
