1st Defect: The inquest for any case does not take more than 3 to 4days if its suicide and our law state it should be done within 15days. In SSR, till date, Mumbai police has not registered the FIR. (Supreme Court intervened after 30+days) they were still doing inquest till Supreme Court came out with its verdict. 2nd Defect: Mumbai Police declared within 15mins of SSR's death that it was suicide. Esp. when there was no suicide note left by SSR. 3rd Defect: The post mortem has to be done in broad daylight. It is an offense by law to do it dark or after sunset. This was violated. 4th Defect: Rhea is a living partner, not a family. She was allowed to enter the Morgue with her family members to see SSR's body. This is against the law. Further, whenever someone visits Morque there is a register that needs to be signed which was not done. 5th Defect: Cooper Hosp. is at the distance of 20kms from SSR's house whereas Lilavati is within 3mins distance or within 5kms from SSR's Bandra Home. The body should have ideally gone to Lilavati and not Cooper. 6th Defect: After the body is received by Hosp. Within 5hrs to 6hrs all the post mortem should be done. Because the drug effect or acid effect is not found in the body after 5to6hrs of death. Further after 24hrs, the body starts bloating. SSR's post-mortem was done after 10 to 12hrs 7th Defect: SSR was 6ft tall the room he lived in was at the ht of 7ft from the bed. He was preparing for IronMan Championship and already into 1yr of training. (Similar to what Model who started Pinkaton is doing - forget his name; one who married a girl 23yrs younger to him) Just FYI - Ironman is not a cakewalk Competition. one is tested on mental strength, physical strength, and much more. So 1yr of training means he was extremely and above average in physical and mental fitness. suggest a read if ones interested in preparing for one! So back to SSR, the fan would have not been able to bear his weight. The fan would have a bend or broken if bad quality - but bent for sure which was not the case as per the pictures which were leaked. Secondly, there was no stool in the room and if standing on the bed I am able to reach the false ceiling then no charm in tying oneself by a fan because the base is already available. Thirdly, the pictures which were leaked were morphed as per a forensic expert and it has been stated by SSR's lawyer and it has been investigated. Meetu Singh had taken pics and there was more injury on the body such as the ligature mark was not in oval shape it was "O" shaped which is never the case in hanging. Eyes pop out but eyes were half-closed (in the pic released by the lawyer on national TV so not contradicting myself) Forth point, before death, as per CBI Investigation, SSR was checking for properties in Coorg, Kerala, and the fight which happened on 8th June was for 2 reasons, he wanted to leave everything here and do organic farming whereas Rhea wanted him to be associated with the Film industry. 2nd reason was he had data related to drugs and he had also caught Rhea on financial manipulations. The video is already out. The fifth point, the Post mortem report should have the time and date of death the column is blank. Why? This is against law. Further one cannot log an FIR as a cognizable offense if this document does not state facts. Further, doctors went underground as per mgmt. instruction and were not available for discussion on day 1 and CBI had to ask for an appointment for investigation. The sixth point, the body had injury marks and the neck had 2 round stun gun marks. Sten gun has 50kvolts electric power whereas our body cells can handle only single-digit volt I think its 8mvolts or sthg. Further, the impact of 50k volt is brain becomes dead and the body cannot respond hence if we see the pics released by the lawyer and ones leaked by police then we see half body paralyzed. this is not part of the post mortem report released on national media. 8th Defect: Committing suicide is an offense in India as per law. Hence even the insurance policy does not give money. Further if one links to the Sridevi case, she had an insurance policy of 300crores and its terms were if she died in Dubai then this money will be given to her family member. This was stated by Swami and ExRaw officials on a national platform. So her death was declared as natural death within 24 to 48hrs. And the body was released within 72hrs of investigation to India. 9th Defect: The SSR case initially was abetment because Mumbai police were doing inquest for 30+days hence FIR was filed in Bihar to push the case to CBI for a fair trial. So if one does not know whats the course of investigation done by Mumbai police and if the police are only looking at the suicide angle and ignoring other angles of the case, not calling Sandip Singh for recording statement (till Kangana Spoke which was I think 17days or 20days after the death, if not mistaken ) then how can one file murder without a cue of evidence. Now the case has been changed from abetment to Murder. 10th Defect: The Supreme court has accepted the case being registered in Bihar and rejected the theory of offense that occurs in Mumbai then it should be filed in Mumbai because of the inefficacies observed in Mumbai Police while dealing in this case. 11th Defect: CBI people are extremely smart. Not my statement. Harish Salvi's statement who has been on both sides of the fence - defense and petitioner. They are doing a good job. Suggest wait till CBI Concludes and by the way, Deepesh who was the cook has a different story on the day of the death of SSR, Buddha Pitani had a different story, and 1more person I forget name had a different story for the 14th June - the day SSR died. 3people same place same house cant have 3 versions so this is something fishy. Rhea's SMS which is available on national television - TimesNow. Rhea has approached TimesNow for a fair perspective to be put and that's how TimesNow started investigating. Later upon investigation realized she was at fault so stopped supporting her! There are many other points which are there and not covered. I disagree. This was cold-blooded murder. Done because of insecurities of Khans, Johar's, Bhatts, Chopras, etc.. For sure, Rhea is going to go behind bars!
