It always amazes me just how good these actors are. When you get to see them in real life ,they are often almost unrecognizable because the character they portray is so different from the actor. Put Kim next to Rhea and it's day and night. I don't know how they do it, forced split personalities perhaps. Cheers.🍺

What really amazed me is that I went from not liking her character or seeing the character as somewhat irrelevant at the start of BCS to getting incredibly invested in her by the end of the last season. That showdown she had with Lalo was an incredible piece of television.

I would say give her the Emmy hands down but it’s even more a sin that’s she’s never been nominated. Awards are all stupid anyway but she deserves it. The thing she did so well was portraying how Jimmy influenced her. Little by little the straight laced lawyer was loving the high of living on the edge, to where she’s right there with him.

@@Bergamot88 Why? U expected the Byrdes to lose? When have they ever lost? They have come out clean in every situation since the beginning. Wouldnt make sense for them to fail in the end. Someone was always going to be collateral damage and unfortunately that was Ruth. Everyone hating on the ending are just emotional for Ruth. The writers deserve a ton of credit for making everyone feel for Ruth, thats what good writers do. I was pleased with how it ended.

I would have gone insane waiting each week for a new episide. I would watch 5-6 episodes at a time. BB has been my favorite show of all time for a long time. I never thought I'd see a show that is as good. I have to say that I liked BCS just as much. It's more subdued, but it's like a fine wine. I worship Vince Gilligan. So glad to hear Gilligan has given Rhea her own show. Can't wait.

Even though Kim has exhibited some reckless behavior in the past she's always been very much in control until recently. It does feel as though the change was somewhat rushed as if the writers suddenly realize the series is coming to the end and they need to change her sooner than later. To me, that spells a terrible ending for her character but I'm still holding out hopes that they put her in some kind of witness protection plan which might explain why Jimmy never mentioned her name in Breaking Bad.

one way to tell how good an actor is..is when he/she turns out to be totally different person than the character he/she's playing on TV/movie/play. here i just 97.9% don't see any trace of kim wexler in her.
