I've been doing this about 10 years, but it's always good to watch someone else and see where I can improve. Congrats bro, you got yourself a new subscriber!
You could almost smell it through the video. haha. Thanks for watching!... I think I see you posting on the Facebook group that I'm in sometimes. ( could be wrong but that name sounds familiar )
Amateur DIYer here but seems like you make the right call here. Too bad unit was neglected, I have a 4ton Rheem classic heat pump '99 vintage and they just keep going. It's still happy but I have to keep the accumulator painted with Permatex anti-rust polymer (DE beaches) , cap, contactor, minor stuff. Inverter replacement has been in garage for two years, Rheem just won't quit :) good vid btw
Welcome sir, and thanks you. I couldn't agree with you anymore and sounds like you got it all figured out. Maintenance is key for those old Rheem classics.
Do you use a specific application to apply text to your pictures , it appeared you have text labeling parts of your photos shown at the end on your cell. Thanks
Not this time. 2.5 tons was plenty in this little home based off of my experience. I only do a load calc when there's suspicion that it's undersized or oversized. Def an good question Roy.
Lmao! ... I was going to say a corny joke in the video about it but I didn't want to cause a lawsuit lol. I think the previous owner did that and worked at Kmart
@@VictorofHVAC hmmm. I didn't know that Kmart made their own tape. Even other stores might have their own brand, but they usually don't use the store name on the label. That's freaky, man!
Great video man these help me allot as someone who is just in school and not out in the field yet. Also quick question do you actually run into “ghosts” when on the job hahaha I’m not sure if that was actually real.
That's awesome! Glad my videos are helping you get a good idea of what your going to run into when you get out in the field. Good luck and stay safe... I definitely seen something , 🤣 👻 ✌
Great video man. I been considering switching to residential. How is the work over there ? P.s I just subscribed. Hope to see more good videos like this how you detail every aspect of your job.
