Very often I see US workers and these are ... ... not skilled with no official nationwide degree for there work (=nationwide identical test eg eg please use google). A lot of US workers are unskilled and only learning by doing (or some other worker teached them). The parents safe the money (or spend it for ...) and later the children are unskilled for lifetime. Beware poland is different and very often the workers a really skilled workers with a nationwide degree They spend 2 or 3 years training (for details pleas use google) ! And not everybody pass the examination (but most). Even if you see the workers at easy work (pick cloth or put it in parcels) ! Different laws and different educating system , different european transport laws and international laws and total different state troupers on the highway. (Please use google why you read state trouper (or police officer) here. Yes there is a sense) Ok= USA , europe and poland is very very different Not easy to compare for a US person and special if these are unwilling to use google to get details. The persons eventually are a skilled cloth cutter or skilled logistic expert. Even if they put only shirts in a parcel. If they add parfume in the parcel ... ... findout what dramatic difference by law ... Wow, you only see a person put a shirt in a parcel. *Nothing was for the advertisment youtubevideo*. Ok, you see only younger persons. Is only half of the truth. There are a lot of older persons working. and true a lot of young persons that earn money and learn for an additional degree because they will leave the area and find there luck far away in a bigger city and a better payed work. But they have to safe a lot of money (rent a flat is expensive in big citys and expensive states ! Impossible to buy a house for young people.) (Europe and poland is very different , even the houses are unbelivable very expensive and the gasoline unbelivable expensive for a US person) And you didn't see them hurry up when a lot of customers order there cloth (and other things). Bad yoke = *payment for the work clothes*. For the *work clothes* the workers dont have to pay. (As far as i know. It can change by time. But I really dont think so!) They have *extra additional work clothes free*, because you have to wash you cloth and get it dryed For the *safty shoes* they dont have to pay. Even if handycaped persons need expensiver safty shoes ... ... the company buy these and give it to the worker for free. But if you want a lot more additional extra cloth, then you have to pay. I can't remember to pay for 5 T-Shirts money . If I have to renew cloth , because they are bad ... ... I show the foreman the bad cloth and I get soon new colth (or safty shouse) for free. I dont think that they changed the system work cloth for the workers today and the company owner maybe dont like these change to safe money and risk neagtive ... But if I want a secound insulated winter jacket ... I have to pay. It depends on the rules of the facility manager. And where you work. 3 throusers I have free. More additional trousers = (total 5 = one every day) I have to pay 2 trousers. Only when I am facility electrician or mechanic (=dirty work and sometimes dusty.) (But you see in the RU-vid video the truth = clean workplace, clean way, less dust, low dirt = some workers clean everythink) You see privat throusers in the youtubevideo ? Possible yes. My boss and my foreman dont like to see his workers with privat cloth. (And good for me ! I dont need privat cloth for my work. No old privat cloth for work, only the free nice company cloth) *Different colours for different work groups*. Now you can see who is resposible for what kind of work. (Why is there a NON-Picker going between .... mhhhh funny iperson s better controlled by the foreman) (Oh a visitor left the group , I see him within secounds) If you have a question you find your person by the colour code. You know aircraft carrier personal ? The foreman and boss can see how many workers are there from witch work group. You see forman (= Brygadzista) with the work cloth in the same colour code.
