I hear ya, billybrin... I miss the days of the tour bus and hanging with the band guys. Playing bass for Rhett was one of my more pleasing occupations that lasted about 2-1/2 years for me. Every once in a while, I'll get a call from someone that wants me to go play and I'll get a peek back into that kind of life but for the most part, the glory days are done. I miss them too! I've never seen that movie. Think I'll watch it this week.

My Eddie Rabbitt go-to song lately has been Suspicions. Tim McGraw re-recorded it (I think around 2007) and released it as a single. I didn't like it as good as the original, but it was a good cover too!

It's a cover of the Eddie Rabbitt original. It's a really good cover version I think, but I do like Eddie's a lot too! Eddie would often sing three-part harmony himself on his songs. This is one of those songs he does that with. Go listen to the choruses of the original and see what I mean. Nobody creates music like this anymore!! They weren't doing that in 1998 either, but I still like what Rhett did with the cover version.
