I left education at 16 and now I'm studying microbiology at university. I never heard of any of these things, but I need to know them so I can write about how parasites can suppress autoimmune diseases. I understood everything, you explain it all perfectly.
for example "you are on fire disease", the disease may occurs because of releasing chemicals called cytokines which attack the cells of the synovial for example, and then synovial cells release another chemicals and then we get an inflammation
I absolutely love your humor 😂😂😂😂😂😂 So... if someone has a RF IGM of 80 a RF IGA of 53 and a normal IGG... what could that indicate?... sorry for being a layman and art major 😂🤪🤪🤪🤪
5:18 oh my gosh i watch those videos.... xD true they're mostly unhelpful haha! medicosis u really helped me improve so much in my class and i scored full marks two times this semester, and got 90+/100 in almost all other exams ! it wowed everybody (i used to be at the bottom of the class, failed 5 courses last year including hematology, but now I AM ENLIGHTENED!!! thank u so much medicosis, this is a lovely thing that you're doing!
i'm studying for medical lab science and biotech btw! and you have a video on every topic I come across...! it just makes me tear up when I struggle then see your video on my topic!
My Rheumatoid factor is +1400 and that’s as High as the test can go. This has been confirmed twice ont test. My PCP and rheumatologist both said I have the highest rheumatoid factor they’ve ever seen in their careers.
@@unibrow9384 doing great. Stopped ALL their meds, refused anymore chemo. Take all natural remedies. Went from barely able to walk to Actually driving tractor trailer With my husband now.
@@submitteddtrofzion8096 Hey, idk why my comments are being deleted. I have added my m a i l in one of my most recently posted video's description. Could you please contact me?
@@submitteddtrofzion8096 amazing !!! Covid seems to have triggered my Rheumatoid arthritis. Never had this before. What did you take (natural remedies) to make it so much better. I’m in constant pain. Thanks
Is it possible to have RA and not display signs of swelling in the early stages. I have been really stiff for the past 4 months or so and wrote it off. Until I began getting shooting pains in my fingers, bad fatigue, then pains in my toes and a sore heel. Went for a blood test and it came back with high rheumatoid factor. However I think I have caught onto this in its early stages and I dont think much damage showed up on the ultrasound and I dont seem to suffer swelling yet. Could this still possibly be RA without the obvious swelling ???? I got the impression the dr wasnt convinced, but I feel I have just identified it really early and there may not be much joint damage on display yet. Can you offer an opinion?
Thank you for posting this video. I am in Australia. I have Rheumatoid Factor of 598 !! I have done an anti CCP test to check for Arthritis which came back from the lab with a score of less than 1 which excludes Arthritis. I am now entering my 3rd year of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. No Doctor knows why I have this powerful fatigue for so long. The only thing really that they found was my FR being this highest anyone has ever seen. Does a highly elevated RF score cause Chronic Fatigue? If so how an I lower my RF?
I had 51 Rheumatoid factor after blood test, and doctor already said you have arthritis. They gave me midication and not helping, I ended up getting alkaline powder and thr pain is getting better, when its cold it's bad
Very nice way to explain this topic. I just have one comment : I know that ANA correlate with disease activity in lupus arthritis! So what do you mean in the last slide that ANA not correlate with disease activity????? Thank you so much
I'm listening to records of a doctor from Al-Azhar university. He uses another mnemonics for cold and warm antibodies, which are: Cold= مِسَقّعَة (thus it's IgM as the word starts with the letter م) and Warm= جهنم (thus it's IgG as the word starts with the letter ج). 😂
first thanks for this video why dont we then consider TB for example as an autoimmune disease just because RF is positive and according to what you mentioned that is why RA is an autoimmune?
Positive RF is not the definition of autoimmune disease. Also in TB, we know the cause, it’s a bacteria (myobacterium tuberculosis) that triggers the immune system.
All newly graduated pharmacists are doctors. Physicians aren't pharmacists and pharmacists aren't physicians. It is good to consult with many specialties whenever the opportunity is present. Not a good idea to throw shade at the pharmacist.
I have been having symptoms of Rheumatoid arthritis. I go to the doctor sometime this week and I'm really scared. I'll update you guys after I see the doctor.
No one can diagnose you based on 1 lab test. You need to see a good doctor who can take a history, perform a physical exam and order lab tests to see the whole picture and know the cause of high rheumatoid factor. I wish you the best!
Medicosis Perfectionalis thanks for the reply sir 🙏🙏 Sir but i have 1 more question = what is the normal value of RA factor in a normal human being ? Plzzz reply sir
so rude... trotzdem ich liebe deine Videos....ich finde die hilfreich. Jede Tag versuche ich, ein oder zwei von ihnen zu schauen und überlegen und erinneren.
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis I chake my blood sample for Rheumatoid arthritis ,the diagnosis describe.... Bio chemistry 1. Rheumatoid Arthritis- 1.82 IU/ML 2. C.R.P. There were definitely less extremely rude ways to say that a pharmacist/lab technician shouldn't diagnose you but ok. As a pharmacy student, I know that diagnosis isn't our expertise, but "GOD HELP YOU" was unnecessary :(
Yeah...you just lost me at "not a pharmacist, God help you". I'm a pharmacist. Maybe you should call out one single name of a pharmacist who you know for a fact that's done that instead of all of us. Otherwise, you'd just be one of those "idiot doctors" that we also hear about.
