I agree and think it is due to the interviewer. She’s a natural & has more respectful approach to him than the previous interviewer. It lends for Prince William to be more at ease to genuinely express himself as he would like. Kudos to them both for doing an excellent interview!

They didn't know what they had in Diana but they arranged for a 19 yr old to marry Charles because as she said " she kept herself tidy ". She did have some proper dates before that but no past. Please don't hang me but Charles was a victim too. They wouldn't let him marry Camilla when they were young and the same age because she had a " past " and no title which was important back then. I was amazed to hear that Barker Bowles had affairs with all of her girlfriends under her nose. They sent Charles out for a 6 mth assignment on a ship. Camilla's father without either knowing, put a marriage announcement in the paper that Camilla and first husband would be married so in the social circles they made the marriage take place while Charles was gone. They were controlled too. Camilla's husband kept up his affairs. So then the royals look around for a proper wife for Charles and used Diana. She suffered so much but I'm glad she was there.

Ironically, most, if not all, people who hate Prince Charles got to chose their lifelong mate after making a decision to not remain single. He did not have such an opportunity. I loved Princess Diana as much as the next person. I myself was amongst the haters I (I am ashamed to admit but it is true). Perhaps age has given me a little tiny bit of wisdom. IDK. What I do know is that those boys genuinely seem to be awesome young men. Their wife's are awesome as well and I wish them all nothing but the best.

My heart goes out the both William and Harry for what they had to go through but those things help to make them in spite of the mistakes. It’s not always how one’s start it how they finish I will say this again don’t count Harry out!
